The roles and responsibilities of the successful Senior Strata Assistant will include: - Providing administrative support to the Director in relation to their portfolio - Liaising with clients, tradespeople, and other stakeholders - Managing and responding to emails, phone calls and other correspondence - General Administrative tasks - Arranging meetings, booking venues and preparing agendas - Compiling and maintaining records of accounts - Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation To be successful in the role as the Senior Strata Assistant you will require: - Prior experience within Strata Management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team - Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills - Excellent organisational and multitasking skills - Professional and friendly personality who enjoys what they do!
